Cheap car insurance for green cars

According to recent reports from the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba), those drivers interested in saving the world through greener car choices could also save money . Greener cars, the association say, could also benefit from cheaper car insurance .

Graeme Trudgill, the technical and corporate affairs executive at the group reportedly said that road tax reductions could accompany the car insurance savings . By driving a more environmentally-friendly car, Trudgill said, car insurance costs could be reduced.

Trudgill reported said: "People are looking, especially at the moment with the credit crunch, at what the most affordable methods of transport are."
