NatWest has taken top honours in five categories at the annual Your Money Direct Awards, the awards designed to recognise excellence and value in the provision of personal financial services and products.
For the sixth time since 1998, the high street bank has been named as the 'Best Mortgage Provider'. It also won the 'Best Business Banking Provider' award for the second year running.
NatWest also seems to be the best choice for financial services for students, winning the categories of 'Best Student Banking Provider' and 'Best Online Student Banking Provider'.
Your Money's Editor's Special Award also went to NatWest, praising in particular its 24-hour telephone and online banking financial services.
It was noted that these financial services provided by NatWest offer banking customers a dedicated banking manager, achieving an outstanding personalised banking service through cutting edge technology.
NatWest Retail Banking's chief executive Benny Higgins said NatWest is delight about being recognised at these awards.
"It is a tribute to the high quality of service and products we provide," he said, "and this is something that our customers continue to feedback to us."
"Our excellent staff demonstrate out commitment to customer service and it is on their behalf that we will collect these awards," Mr Higgins said.
The awards ceremony would take place on July 7th.
